SW Florida Spanish

Books

In order to provide more consistency from class to class and ensure that new instructors teach the same content as experienced instructors, SW Florida Spanish developed a beginner workbook and is in the process of developing an intermediate book that will be used for future classes. The books are a non-profit endeavor and are sold below full cost to keep them affordable. New beginner students starting in Fall 1, 2024 were the first to use the new Level 1 workbook.

Continuing students will still use the books that they purchased for prior classes.

Beginner Class

Available from SW Florida Spanish ($18.00). Add $6 for priority mail if you would like for the book to be mailed. 

Intermediate Class

-- Practice Makes Perfect Complete All-in-One Premium 3rd Ed; Gilda Nissenberg, Ed, McGraw-Hill, 2022, ISBN-13: 978-1264285549).

You can use the following link to download a PDF copy of the Second Edition. There are minimal edition differences. Some prefer a hardcopy rather than having to print particular sections for each class. You can purchase a new or used third edition from Amazon, Barnes & Noble, or other book sellers.

Advanced Class Book

Reading material is provided by the instructors prior to each class.

Spanish Fundamentals Class - The book used for this class is the same as noted above for the Beginner Class.
